Genuine Aruba AP-ANT-1W (HPE JW009A) direct-mount external antenna, pulled from decommissioned enterprise AP-344 wireless access points. Dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz, 5.8dBi gain, RP-SMA connector compatible with any Aruba AP-534/AP-635 and other RP-SMA external-antenna WiFi access points across major brands (Cisco, Ubiquiti, Netgear, etc). Omni-directional design — broadcasts evenly in all directions, ideal for enterprise ceiling/wall-mounted AP coverage (not a directional/long-range antenna). The antenna connector is RP-SMA male (see pictures).
Premium threshold:Only antennas measuring VSWR under 1.5:1 (return loss beyond -14dB) at both frequencies made this listing. That's excellent, near-ideal impedance matching well beyond the industry-standard 2:1 "acceptable." Most sellers do not even test.
