10 Inch Rack Mount 1.5U for the CWWK N100 / N200 / N305 4x i226-V fanless firewall mini PC
A 1.5U tray that seats a CWWK N100 / N200 / N305 4x i226-V fanless firewall mini PC in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The firewall mini PC slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the rear stop, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. The side walls are cut low behind the faceplate so the firewall mini PC's sides stay open to the air. No adhesive, no modification to the firewall mini PC.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: CWWK N100 / N200 / N305 4x i226-V fanless firewall mini PC, 143 x 135.6 x 40 mm (W x D x H as mounted) per the maker's published specification.
- Opening 145 x 46 mm over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 6 mm above the 40 mm body.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1.5U (66.7 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 132.6 x 66.7 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
