10 Inch Rack Mount 1U for the TRENDnet TEG-S380 v2 / TEG-S350
A 1U tray that seats a TRENDnet TEG-S380 v2 / TEG-S350 in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The switch slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the rear stop, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. No adhesive, no modification to the switch.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: TRENDnet TEG-S380 v2.0R and TEG-S350 v2.0R (159 x 110 x 25 mm) and TEG-S350 v1.0R (160 x 109 x 25 mm) per TRENDnet's datasheets; on the v2.0R units the status LEDs face the open rear. Not for the original TEG-S380 v1.0R (240 mm wide), the TEG-S762, TEG-S750 or TPE-BG350 (different sizes).
- Opening 162 x 31 mm over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 6 mm above the 25 mm body.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1U (44.5 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 107 x 44.5 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
Mount only. Switch and power adapter not included. The rack and the device shown in the photos are not included; they appear for scale and fitment only.
