10 Inch Rack Mount 1U for ZimaBlade
A 1U tray that seats the ZimaBlade in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. It slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the two rear stop posts, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. No adhesive, no modification to the device.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: IceWhale ZimaBlade (all CPU variants), 107 x 80 x 23 mm per IceWhale; 85.5 mm wide across the PCIe x4 slot on its side.
- The port end (USB-C, USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, Mini DisplayPort) faces out through the window; the SATA end sits at the open rear for the drive cables.
- Not for the ZimaBoard 2 (140 mm wide; our ZimaBoard tray covers it) and not with a PCIe card fitted.
- Opening 87.5 x 28 mm over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 5 mm above the 23 mm body.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1U (44.45 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 104 x 44.45 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
Mount only. ZimaBlade and power adapter not included. The rack and the device shown in the photos are not included; they appear for scale and fitment only.
