10 Inch Rack Mount 2U for the GMKtec EVO-X2 (Ryzen AI Max+ 395)
A 2U tray that seats a GMKtec EVO-X2 in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The PC slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the two rear stop posts, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. It rests on an open honeycomb floor and the rear of the tray is open for cables. No adhesive, no modification to the PC.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: GMKtec EVO-X2 (AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395), 193 x 185.8 x 77 mm per GMKtec and Notebookcheck, lying flat with its front panel forward.
- Why 2U: a 77 mm body does not fit a 1.5U (66.7 mm) faceplate.
- Opening 198 x 79.5 mm over a flush floor: 2.5 mm of side clearance and 2.5 mm above the 77 mm body. Lying flat, its glued rubber foot strips face a side wall, and the 198 mm window leaves room for them.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 2U (88.9 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 182.8 x 88.9 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
