Manufactured January 2025. I purchased the laptop secondhand, and the original manufacturer warranty is no longer valid.

No SSD/storage drive or charger is included.

The laptop had been working normally. While it was plugged in and charging, I opened the lid and it unexpectedly arced/sparked through the hinge area while waking from sleep. Please see photos of the affected area.

The laptop still booted normally immediately afterward, but I stopped using it to avoid risking additional damage to the motherboard or OLED display.

I then took it to a computer repair shop for inspection. They cleaned dust/debris from the affected area and found physical burn/damage to a cable running through the hinge/display assembly. They were unable to source the individual replacement cable and indicated that replacement parts may only be available as part of a larger display assembly.

Detailed photos of the affected hinge area and internal components are included to assist with repair/parts identification.

The computer still powers on and boots into the BIOS, and the OLED display is intact and functioning.

It was working perfectly normally before this incident.

I cannot guarantee full functionality. Because of the damaged cable, there may be issues with the webcam, microphone, display-related accessories, or other functions associated with the lid assembly. The repair shop was unable to fully test those functions because I had already removed the SSD before bringing the laptop in.

It has not been tested in Windows since the incident beyond confirming that it powers on, displays properly, and enters the BIOS.
