Open box. The switch was found in its original Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise packaging with foam end caps and anti-static bag. The outer carton has been opened for inspection and photography. The unit appears unused in the photographs.

Untested – functionality has not been verified. The switch has not been powered on by us. No software version, configuration or licence status is represented.

The outer carton shows normal storage/handling marks. The power supply carton has tape applied over part of its label (see photos).

Customs Duty / Charges

For Brazil — Tax ID is required for all WPX (parcel) shipments as well as complete consignee info on the Air Waybill. All shipments will be returned back without prior notice if no valid Tax ID is provided. If the consignee is a foreigner who lives in Brazil or a foreign visitor to Brazil, a passport number will act as the tax ID number.

Returns

We accept returns only if the item was not as described in our listing or found defective on arrival. Buyer must return the item exactly as received within 14 days and will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
