Here's the basic deal - my item specifics say that I do not do returns. However, under certain circumstances, I will. I test every item before shipping to ensure it is working or matches the condition in the item's description. However, over the last year I have been seeing a significant rise in the return requests. A large number of these are buyers who buy my part(s) then try to return the bad one which they are replacing! For my protection, I have tamper-proof stickers on most items. In addition, lately it has been the "wrong part" because people buy it "hoping" it will fit or be compatible with what they need, without actually comparing it with the photos I provide. I even had one recently that wanted to return it a week later because they "found a better price"... are you kidding me?
I offer free shipping on nearly all items - therefore, if someone wants to return an item for a lame or bogus reason, I end up with the part back, plus I paid shipping! This is not the way to do business as a buyer!
My response is excellent and thus so are my items with regards to honesty and condition. Please respect we sellers!
