    • FUNCTIONALITY: Tested and confirmed to be partially functional. The battery failed testing: it holds only 57% of its original design capacity, so battery life is severely reduced. No other functional defect was recorded during testing.
    • COSMETIC WEAR: The laptop exhibits moderate visible wear from prior use, which may include minor scratches on the casing or screen, minor dents, and shine on the keys or trackpad, perceptible to the touch.
    • SECURITY NOTE: The device has been factory reset and is not connected to any prior Microsoft, Windows or Admin account, and no password is set.
