Dell Latitude 5421 14-inch business laptop featuring an 11th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB DDR4 memory, 256GB NVMe SSD, and integrated LTE cellular capability. Windows 11 Pro is installed, and the laptop boots and operates properly.
This unit has noticeable cosmetic wear, primarily on the exterior lid, including scratches, scuffs, and areas where the silver finish has worn away along the edges. The interior, keyboard, and palm rest present considerably better. Despite the exterior wear, this remains a capable business-class laptop suitable for everyday computing, office applications, or use as a dedicated workstation.

The battery is functional but has experienced considerable wear from age and use. Buyers should expect reduced runtime compared with a new battery. Dell BIOS reports battery health as Good, although the capacity figures above provide a more accurate indication of its remaining capacity.
Additional details:
The laptop has been inspected using Dell BIOS and HWiNFO, with hardware specifications, SSD health, and battery information documented in the photographs.
The integrated LTE cellular modem supports mobile broadband connectivity with a compatible carrier and SIM card. Cellular service is not included, and carrier activation has not been tested.
Cosmetic condition:
The silver exterior lid shows considerable cosmetic wear, particularly along the edges, where there are multiple areas of chipped or missing finish. There are also scattered scratches, scuffs, and marks across the surface, along with a rectangular black area from previous business labeling.
The underside is comparatively clean, showing normal signs of handling and use. The keyboard, touchpad, and interior surfaces present considerably better than the exterior lid.
I have intentionally included detailed close-up photographs to clearly show the cosmetic imperfections. The exterior wear does not prevent normal operation, making this a practical option for someone more concerned with functionality than appearance.
