This is Dell cable P/N 4VPD3. This cable is used in the PowerEdge R740 R740XD servers to provide additional power to GPGPUs that require EPS-12V 8-pin power. It DOES NOT work for consumer GPU cards that require 6-pin or 8-pin PCIe power. This is a 8-pin to 8-pin connector that plugs into the motherboard or riser.
