I personally tested this for around an hour, and it worked just fine with no flickering or glitches! Do not mind the appearance of scanlines; these are a product of my phone's camera, and are invisible to the naked eye. The setting buttons on the bottom of the monitor adjust the brightness, contrast, et cetera. The screen is smudged and scraped in spots, and I don't know the full condition of the anti-glare coating, but my eyes didn't burn the whole time I was using it, so it has to be at least mostly intact.
What is included in this listing will be shown in the pictures. If you do not see an accessory in the pictures and it is not specifically listed as included in the condition description or the listing description, the accessory is not included. Please read the descriptions completely for exceptions on this.
Payment & Shipping policies
Item will be shipped via FedEx by default. Shipping cost is calculated by the distance between seller and buyer. If the price looks especially high, this is probably because I double-box CRT monitors as standard practice to protect the very, VERY fragile tube.
If the final shipping price is less than what is paid, I will manually refund the difference after printing the shipping label.
I will also handle this through Local Pickup! Just contact me through messages if you'd like to try that. I can meet you here, meet you halfway, or even bring the item to you if you're within a reasonable distance; however, I will ask for compensation for my fuel and time in that case.
Item will generally be shipped within 1 business day of full payment being cleared. Ordering on a weekend (or over holidays) may result in delays. USPS observes federal United States holidays, such as Columbus Day.
Return policies
Item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless item is defective.
