Help notes: You can determine if your monitor is compatible by looking on the back of the monitor. If it has 4 mounting holes, then it will fit as this unit supports both mounting sizes. I have included in the photos showing mounting hole dimensions.

Postal, UPS, FedExorders received before 2 pm EST, Monday-Friday will ship within 24 - 48 hours. These shipments take 1-4 business days to deliver. If you need overnight, let us know. Orders placed after 3 pm, Friday through the weekend and or holiday will ship the following business day. If the part is needed urgently after our cut-off time, please contact us.

All orders over $200 requires a delivery signature.

Freight shipmentsshould be delivered to a commercial address. Freight can be delivered to a resident with a lift gate service at an additional cost. The resident will need to be home for signature. Storage fees may be applied from the shipping company due to no response for residential delivery.
For motor freight pickups, a palletization fee will apply and be ready for carrier pickup within stated time, following receipt of payment. Buyer is responsible for freight carrier selection, payment and pickup, outside of .

Returns
Returns accepted within 7 days or receipt, less associated selling, palletization, and shipping fees.Buyer must notify Seller in writing within 2 days of delivery if merchandise is not satisfactory and/or not function as described. Accidental purchase or wrong fitting parts cannot be returned, however if we make an exemption, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, if an exchange is not possible.
Warranty
To obtain warranty service, the buyer must email a description of the claim with any relevant photos. All units must be returned to our shop or to our warranty center, freight prepaid, for our inspection and determination. We do not authorize and will not pay for any outside repairs unless approved in advance by us in writing.
