(PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!) This gaming laptop works very well with one exception. If you try to launch a game on battery power most of the time the laptop will suddenly shut off completely as it launches. It seems to do fine if you launch it plugged in and then unplug it although the battery also doesn't last very long. On the lowest power settings, I only got about 45 min from a full charge. Gaming laptops in general aren’t really designed to output a lot of power on battery anyway. If you just plan on using it plugged in, it works beautifully. The speaker quality isn’t great, but that may just be this particular laptop design. Appearance wise, the top and bottom of the casing have moderate scratches. The inside surfaces are actually in pretty nice shape, and the screen has only very light scratches, nothing that is visible when it is on. The laptop comes with the original Liteon charger as shown. The pictures are of the actual items you will receive. The laptop will be shipped in a box carefully wrapped in bubble wrap for protection.
