The HPE Aruba AP-303H JY680A is a dual-radio unified hospitality access point built for hotels, dormitories, healthcare suites, branch offices, and any space where reliable wireless coverage and wired connectivity are needed right in the room. This US regulatory domain model supports 802.11ac Wave 2 with 2x2 MIMO and MU-MIMO, delivering up to 867 Mbps on the 5GHz band and up to 400 Mbps on the 2.4GHz band for a combined peak data rate of roughly 1.27 Gbps across both radios. Finished in a clean white enclosure measuring about 150 by 86 by 40 millimeters and weighing roughly 310 grams, the unit is designed to mount over a standard single-gang wall box so it blends into guest rooms and offices without visible cabling clutter. Beyond wireless coverage, the AP-303H provides three local Gigabit Ethernet ports for wired devices such as IPTV set top boxes, VoIP phones, and smart room controllers, with one local port able to supply power over Ethernet to a connected device. It draws power from an upstream PoE switch through its uplink port and integrates a Bluetooth Low Energy radio for Aruba Beacon location services and asset tracking. The access point can operate under Aruba Mobility Controller management or as part of an Instant cluster, and supports ClientMatch, AppRF application visibility, and Dynamic Segmentation so administrators can apply consistent role based policies to every wired and wireless client on the network. Operating temperature is rated from 0 to 40 degrees Celsius for indoor installations, and maximum power draw is about 9.7 watts.
