Specs are 16 cores / 32 threads each, 40MB Intel Smart Cache, 2.60GHz base frequency, up to 3.60GHz turbo, LGA2011-3 / FCLGA2011-3 socket, Broadwell-EP, 145W TDP. These appear to be installed in Cisco CPU carriers / trays, which are included as shown. Please verify compatibility with your server or workstation before purchase.
