MORE INFO: Please take a moment to read this information. We think it will save you time.
Questions: We encourage questions (and good information) on items if we receive them early. We try to answer inquiries in a timely manner BUT if you are a buyer that likes to ask questions the same day as the close of an sale we may not answer in time.
Ending sales Early: We do not end sales once there are active offers unless there is an error or other issue with the listing.
Payment: We prefer payment no later than 7 calendar days after sale end. automatically sends an invoice after end of sale so message if you plan to purchase multiple items so we can revise the invoice.
response: We leave response after our buyers do so. We stop tracking sold items after 7 calendar days so please contact us if you leave positive response after that so that we may reciprocate. Please contact us first if there is an issue before posting response.
Shipping: We generally charge actual shipping and round up for any packing materials. We do not charge handling fees unless the buyer requests a specific packing method that takes additional time. We use USPS Priority Mail for lighter items and USPS Ground for larger/heavier items. We are happy to change to/from Priority and Ground at the request of the winning buyer. ( automatically sends an invoice after end of sale so message us before paying so we can revise the invoice.) Shipping methods are NOT negotiable and buyers are welcomed to arrange for their own shipping at their own expense. We combine shipping when possible so let us know if you are offerding on multiple items so we can wait to send the invoice. We are unable to help find a shipping service for pickup only items.
