This is a Microsoft Wheel Mouse Optical. There is no version number on it, making it the first release from the late 1990s It is a 3 button USB mouse, which will of course work off a PS/2 port as well if you have an adapter. It has been tested and it works fine. No adapter, software, or anything else is included. It is in good condition with some cosmetic wear from age and normal usage. See pictures for details.
