Condition

• New old stock: unopened and unused, sealed in the original HPE antistatic (ESD) bag, in the original box. Never deployed.
• Released through HPE's end-of-life process. Each box carries a dated test label (07/27/26).
• About the photos: one unit from the same lot was removed from its bag and tested, and the photos show that unit. It showed no signs of installation: clean PCIe contacts with no insertion wear, factory protective film on the backplate, clean heatsink fins. The units for sale stay sealed.

Important technical notes

• Passive card: needs a server chassis with front-to-back airflow across the heatsink. It will overheat in a desktop case without directed airflow. Overheating damage is not covered.
• Power: one 8-pin CPU/EPS connector. Do NOT use a PCIe 8-pin GPU cable; the pinout is different and can damage the card. Use the correct server GPU power cable for your chassis.
• Display outputs are disabled by default (compute mode). Enable with NVIDIA's displaymodeselector tool if needed.
• Enable Above 4G Decoding in BIOS.
• Non-CEC: no NVIDIA hardware root-of-trust (secure boot) chip. Compute performance is identical.

Warranty and returns

• 90-day seller warranty from delivery: repair, replacement, or refund at our option.
• Dead on arrival: report within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement, including return shipping.
• Returns are serial-matched. We record every serial before shipping; a returned card must match the serial we shipped and be in the same condition, with labels intact.
• Not covered: physical damage, burnt or damaged power connectors, wrong power cable, inadequate cooling, removed or altered labels, modified firmware.

• Ships to US addresses only. No international shipping, no freight forwarders.
• This item is subject to US export controls.
