• Why can't it reach 40Gbps for me?

  1. Please check whether both the connected device and the cable support the specified bandwidth or resolution.

  2. For a stable connection, keep the total combined length between the device and the cable within 10 feet.

• Why can't I achieve 8K/4k resolution with a hub?

Please make sure that the hub and cable you are using also support 8K/4K.

• Why is the connection loose and unstable?

  1. First, ensure the USB-C port on your device is clean and free of physical damage.

  2. Try flipping the female adapter and reconnecting it to the device.
