TP-Link TC-W7960 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem Router, used.
FUNCTIONALITY: Tested and confirmed working — powers on, all status lights function normally, syncs to a cable connection.
WHAT THIS IS: A 2-in-1 cable modem AND Wi-Fi router combo — unlike a modem-only unit, you don't need a separate router with this one. Note this is single-band 2.4GHz 802.11n Wi-Fi (up to 300Mbps) — an older Wi-Fi standard without a 5GHz band, so it's best suited for basic browsing/streaming in a smaller space or as a budget replacement, not a high-performance modern Wi-Fi setup.
COMPATIBILITY: Approved for use with Comcast Xfinity, Time Warner Cable, Cox, Charter Spectrum, and other major DOCSIS 3.0-compatible cable providers. Please verify your specific ISP still approves this model for your plan tier before purchasing.WHAT'S INCLUDED:Power cord and one Ethernet (networking) cable. No coax cable included.
This modem has been reset to factory defaults and is not tied to any account or ISP registration. Please note: whoever buys this will need to call their ISP (or use the ISP's self-activation app/site) to register the modem's MAC address on their account before it'll work — this is standard for any used modem and not specific to this unit.
Sold as-is. Please ask any questions before purchasing.
