Team Group T-FORCE G50 M.2 2280 4TB PCIe 4.0 x4 with NVMe 1.4 TLC Internal Solid, single item / 2 available for sale. Item comes in original packaging, has seen slight usage 4.21 TBW out of a rated 650 TBW life. This is a modest-speed device, excellent for your Steam library.
It is not great for large streaming writes as the cache is small and it gets very slow when the cache is filled. I originally purchased this for a cache on my NAS server, to be used as a pair of 4TB drives in a RAID 0, using an Asus PCIE 5.0 x16 quad SSD carrier card. It was a poor fit for that role, being much slower than my 10-drive Seagate Exos array that sustains 1 GB/s over a 10 GbE network. I was hoping these would enable the NAS to max out my future 40 GbE network but this is not the drive for that role. I do more writing than reading, offloading video from my primary drive to NAS backup.
To recap, I only used this to run a benchmark on my server. Most of the 4.21 TBW (as displayed by Seagate SeaTools) was performing the secure erase to ready this for sale.
