You are offerding on a vintage IBM ValuePoint 466DX2/Dp computer.
I received this computer from a local estate along with some other IBM computers (ValuePoint; 425SX/Si, 450DX2/Dp, 433DX/Sp, 466DX2/Dp and IBM 5160, 5162).
This computer is in good cosmetic condition with some handling marks/scratches/rubbing marks and there are some slight rust spots on its cabinet (please see the last two pics).
It powers up and displays the pictured screens, however it did not response to the keyboard strokes. I don't have knowledge on computers to test it further/properly. This computer has a 9-pin female and 15-pin female connectors on one of the cards. Once I connected the 'CRT' monitor to the 15-pin connector, it displayed the garbage characters (please see the 19th pic).
