10 Inch Rack Mount 1.5U for the Beelink SER5 MAX (Ryzen 7 5800H)
A 1.5U tray that seats a Beelink SER5 MAX (Ryzen 7 5800H) in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. The mini PC slides in from the front, through the window, until it touches the rear stop, and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. The side walls are cut low behind the faceplate so the mini PC's sides stay open to the air. No adhesive, no modification to the mini PC.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: Beelink SER5 MAX (Ryzen 7 5800H), 126 x 113 x 42 mm (W x D x H as mounted) per the maker's published specification. Other SER5 versions are not claimed: their dimensions are not in Beelink's published data we used.
- Opening 128 x 48 mm over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 6 mm above the 42 mm body.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1.5U (66.7 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Vented rhythm-slot face and an open honeycomb floor.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 110 x 66.7 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
