10 Inch Rack Mount 1U for 2x GL.iNet Comet PoE (GL-RM1PE)
A 1U tray that seats two GL.iNet Comet PoE (GL-RM1PE) units side by side in a 10 inch mini rack, printed to order in matte black PETG. Each KVM slides in through its own bay until it touches the rear stop and sits about 11 mm proud of the faceplate. No adhesive, no modification to the KVM.
Designed From The Published Specification
- Fits: GL.iNet Comet PoE (GL-RM1PE), 102 x 70 x 22 mm (W x D x H as mounted) per the maker's published specification. Powered over Ethernet: the 5V USB-C on the 70 mm side faces a wall in this tray, so each unit must be powered by PoE. Not for the original Comet GL-RM1 (its power and Ethernet are on a side face).
- Bays two 104 mm bays split by a 3.9 mm divider, 26 mm tall over a flush floor: 1 mm of side clearance and 4 mm above the 22 mm body.
- Faceplate 248 mm wide on EIA-310 10 inch hole spacing; 1U (44.5 mm) tall.
Build
- Single piece.
- Open honeycomb floor; clean solid face.
- Fits any 10 inch / 254 mm mini rack with standard square or round holes. The mounting slots take M6, M5, #10-32 or M4 rack screws.
- Part measures 248 x 67 x 44.5 mm. Matte black PETG.
Printed To Order
Each unit is printed fresh in our shop on calibrated printers and inspected before it ships. Lead time is typically 1-3 business days. Minor layer lines are normal for FDM 3D printing and part of the finish.
Mount only. Two KVMs and power adapters not included. The rack and the device shown in the photos are not included; they appear for scale and fitment only.
