Product Registration
Please save you receipt. A copy of your receipt may be required tovalidate the effective start date of your item's warranty. If you need acopy of your receipt please contact us.For NEW retail products like SSDs,in order to validate a serial number or register the product. The buyer mustprovide the information requested on the manufacturer's web site forregistering the product. Drive Health / Remaining Life
The rated drive health / remaining life is based on the software and version we used and is shown on this listing. Some programs may read the SMART data differently and could report a different value. Some older drives (like some mSATA SSD) are not read correctly by certain software programs. By purchasing this item, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these known technicaldiscrepancies and will not consider the SSD "Not as described" because different software or versions may have different "Health" readings. Please contact us if you have a concern and prior to requesting a return. We can usually resolve your concerns if we are given a chance to explain certain technical aspects that are unknown to buyers.Disputes based on drive Health will only be considered if buyer is comparing using the same software and version that we are using.
