This machine is specially designed for the 3D printing material production line and is used in conjunction with the extruder. It is used to uniformly and neatly roll the extruded PLA/ABS/PETG and other plastic filaments onto standard material trays, avoiding problems such as wire knotting, loose winding, skew winding, and stretching deformation of different thicknesses.

Precautions
1. After using the machine, be sure to turn off the power and air supply, and perform cleaning and maintenance.
2. Do not place tools or other items inside or on top of the machine.
3. Always turn off the power and air supply when inspecting the machine.
4. If a sealing button malfunctions, to help users check whether the left and right sealing buttons are working properly, you may disable the left or right sealing button in the settings page. After troubleshooting, be sure to restore the settings. During normal operation, disabling either the left or right sealing button is strictly prohibited — the machine must not be operated with only one button active!!!
5. Do not place hands or any part of the body into the machine or near any moving area while the machine is running or before it has come to a complete stop.
6. In case of any abnormal condition such as material jamming, press the emergency stop immediately. Only after the machine has come to a complete stop and the power is disconnected may you use proper tools to clear the jam. Never attempt to handle it with bare hands.

It features a constant tension control function, which automatically adjusts the rotating speed during the winding process to maintain balanced wire tension, preventing the wire from being thinned due to excessive tension or getting loose due to insufficient tension.
Operating Instructions
1. Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light on the control panel will light up;
2. Slowly rotate the speed adjustment knob, gradually increasing from low speed;
3. Match the discharge speed of the front extruder, and keep the winding speed and the discharge speed in sync;
4. The equipment will automatically unwind the wire, and no manual intervention is required throughout the process;
5. When stopping, first set the speed adjustment knob to the 0 position, then turn off the power switch. After the equipment completely stops, cut the wire and remove the finished material tray.
