- Power Issue: The motherboard was tested and does not power on or boot. However, the onboard LED lights do illuminate when power is connected, indicating that at least some electrical power is reaching the board.
- Bent CPU Socket Pins: The LGA1851 CPU socket has visibly bent or misaligned pins, as shown in the close-up photographs.
- Missing Signature M.2 Hero Front Cover: The distinctive ROG Maximus Hero M.2 front cover assembly is missing, leaving the underlying M.2 mounting area exposed.
- Missing M.2 Cover Plates: Additional M.2 slot front cover plates/heatsink covers are also missing.
- Additional Issues Possible: Due to the failure to power on or boot, the remaining motherboard functions could not be fully tested.
The motherboard shows signs of previous handling, including minor cosmetic marks. Some protective film remains attached to the heatsink assembly.
Although the LED lights illuminate, the motherboard does not successfully power on or boot. LED illumination should not be interpreted as confirmation of functionality.
