Mac Pro (Late 2013) 2.7 GHz 12-Core... #35
As noted above, this Mac Pro 2.7 GHz twelve core computer is in excellent used conditionand functions as expected... everything works perfectly.
Testing:
Using the Apple ServiceDiagnostic EFI 3S159 for Mac Pro (Late 2013) - (see pictures)
12 categories and over80 different parameters were tested over a 2 hour 39 minute period - all passed.
All Ports were manually tested - all functioned as expected. Battery was verified good - new at 3.08V. SMC was reset and verified working as expected. NVRAM was reset and verified working as expected.
Maintenance: All thermal paste was replaced using Arctic MX-6 and the Apple specific Mac Pro stencils to ensure the proper distribution and amount of thermal paste was applied. (Please see the pictures for further details.)The system was cleaned of any dust that would impact it's cooling. All cooling paths are clear and working as expected.
The computer has gone through careful reconditioning following the procedures outlined in the Apple Mac Pro service manual. The processincluded disassembly, cleaning, inspection & reassembly. The upgraded configuration (as detailed below) included the use of professionally installed Apple spec components. The computer has installed the latest version of macOS Monterey. Along with macOS Monterey, its System Firmware Version has been updated to version (481.0.0.0.0). Its Geekbench 6 64-bit multicore score was over 5.3K. Cosmetically, itsaluminum case is in Very Goodcondition and as stated above ithas two 1" to 2" long hairline scratches and a small pinhead chip all barely noticeable and too faint to capture in a picture.
