Lightly used and in original packaging. This device is awesome but I found it slightly larger than was needing. The four refresh rates make really any app useable on this tablet, even though it is black and white. The tablet is really close to new condition as far as I can tell and has all the original accessories and replacement pen tips. Includes original power cable and the HDMI cable so it can be used as a second monitor for a laptop. Let me know if you have any questions!
