The Cisco STACK-T1-1M is a 1-meter (3.28 ft) Type 1 StackWise stacking cable engineered to interconnect stackable Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series switches and Catalyst 9300 Series modular uplink switches (C9300 and C9300X SKUs) into a single logical stack with a unified control and management plane. It is used with StackWise-480 on C9300 and 3850 platforms and with StackWise-1T on homogeneous C9300X stacks; mixed C9300 / C9300X stacks operate at StackWise-480 speeds. The 1m length is well suited for top-to-bottom routing in a standard rack where the 50cm cable is too short.

Which switches is this cable compatible with? The STACK-T1-1M works with stackable Cisco Catalyst 3850 Series switches and Catalyst 9300 Series modular uplink switches (C9300 and C9300X SKUs). It is not compatible with C9300L / C9300LM (which require STACK-T3 or STACK-T3A and run at StackWise-320) or with C9200L (which requires STACK-T4). Please verify your exact switch SKU before purchasing.
At what speed will this cable run — 480 Gbps or 1 Tbps? It depends on the switches in the stack. On Catalyst 3850 and C9300 stacks it operates at StackWise-480 (up to 480 Gbps). On a homogeneous C9300X stack it operates at StackWise-1T (up to 1 Tbps) — note that per Cisco, C9300X may require manual CLI configuration or a reload to reach 1 Tbps in certain stack topologies. Mixed C9300 / C9300X stacks run at StackWise-480 speeds, and higher-scale C9300-24UB / C9300-24UXB / C9300-48UB SKUs can only stack with other higher-scale deep-buffer models.
What is the difference between STACK-T1 and STACK-T3? STACK-T1 cables are used with Catalyst 3850 and 9300 modular-uplink (C9300, C9300X) switches where the stacking ports are built into the chassis. STACK-T3 / STACK-T3A cables are used with C9300L and C9300LM fixed-uplink switches, which require a separate stack adapter kit and run on StackWise-320. The two families are not interchangeable.
