·Shipping Damage – We package all itemsvery securely for transit but if an item should unfortunately arrive damaged,it is the buyer's responsibility to keep all packing material for a possiblecarrier inspection. If you discard thepacking material, we cannot guarantee the carrier will honor the shippinginsurance. You may be asked to sendphotos of all sides of the shipping box (with the shipping label visible) andphotos of your purchase in the box showing how it was packed. We take photos of each shipment beforesealing the box for reference. Pleasecontact us within 48hrs of receiving your package as damage claims may not behonored if they exceed the carriers limit for claims or do not provide theinformation noted above.
