One end MTP/MPO APC (green housing); other end 12x LC UPC simplex (blue/white) = 6 duplex LC pairs. Factory tested PASSED Jan 2021: IL 0.24-0.32 dB @ 1550nm, RL ~65 dB. Representative serial 447892-1003851-001 (serials vary across the 5 units). Single-mode only — NOT multimode; won't work with multimode-only optics (SR/SR4). Fanout from an MTP trunk/cassette to LC duplex optics.
