Shipping

Please take note that all items will be shipped from South Korea after being double-checked. You can find shipping options and costs in the shipping and payments table. By default, we use Economy shipping, but if you prefer to receive your order faster, you can choose other options such as Standard shipping or Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx). To ensure that your order will be delivered safely and quickly, please provide your complete and accurate shipping address when you make your purchase. Please keep in mind that it's not possible to change the shipping address after the product has been purchased. We will provide you with a tracking number within 2-3 days of shipment (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery time frames are as follows:

- Economy shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 20-25 days.- Standard shipping: Tracking number provided. Delivery time is approximately 14-20days.- Expedited shipping (EMS/DHL/FedEx): Tracking number provided. Delivery time is faster than other options.

ReturnPolicy

We want to make sure that you are very satisfied with yourpurchase. For any reason to return, you can return it within 14 days from theday you received it. But before returning it, you should contact us firstimmediately. So that we can assist you with the required arrangement upon yourrequest. Please include the original receipt in your return package or add anote with your username. Refund will be done according to the followingcondition.

• All itemsmust be returned in their original condition. The package must be in unopenedcondition, the items are in unused condition, and not missing any part of theproduct (Except the defects of the manufacturing). We will only refund afterreceiving the returned product and deduct the shipping cost and 10% ofrestocking fees.
• The return will be rejected if the package has been opened and thewhole or parts of the items are used, parts are missing and damaged by thenegligence of the buyer (except for defects in manufacturing). In case of any defectsfound, only defects in manufacturing are accepted as the reason forreturn.
• If the package is returned due to refusal to pay customs tax orunsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver,local customs, etc.) the buyers have to pay for all shipping costs, customsfees, and 10% of the total price restocking fee.
• Afterwe receive the returned product, a Refund will be done.
