Absolutely. Since the manufacturer box was opened but the patch panel itself was never removed, installed, or used, I’d position this as an especially clean Open Box / Unused item.
Title
Legrand 24845CC6 24-Port Cat6 RJ45 1U Rack Mount Patch Panel Open Box
Description
Legrand 24845CC6 24-Port Cat6 RJ45 1U Rack Mount Patch Panel
Genuine Legrand On-Q 24845CC6 24-port Category 6 rack-mount patch panel in its original manufacturer packaging.
The box was opened, but the actual patch panel was never removed from the box and has never been installed or used. This is an excellent option for professional structured-cabling, network-rack, AV, commercial, or residential installations where a high-quality Legrand Cat6 patch panel is required.
The original packaging does show some normal shelf and storage wear, which has been photographed clearly. The condition of the packaging does not indicate use of the equipment.

Testing & Preparation
Because this is an unused open-box passive networking component, the unit was not removed from the manufacturer packaging for electrical testing. The packaging and visible contents were inspected for obvious shipping or storage damage.
There are no indications that the patch panel has ever been installed or placed into service.
Cosmetic Condition
The patch panel itself is unused and has never been removed from the box.
The outer manufacturer box shows some shelf/storage wear, including minor scuffs, marks, and edge wear. These cosmetic packaging imperfections are visible in the listing photos and are disclosed so you know exactly what you will receive.
Rack Ready Open Box Equipment
This item is being sold as Open Box / Unused Equipment.
We photograph the actual item and original packaging whenever possible so buyers can evaluate the condition before purchase. Any visible packaging wear is disclosed rather than concealed.
