MADAME LACE LINGERIE PART 1 — 1991 COLOR MACINTOSH MULTIMEDIA — COMPLETE WITH PRESS MATERIALS
In 1991, putting color photographs on a personal computer was cutting edge. Madame Lace Lingerie Part 1, from Wizard Computer Graphics and Madame Lace International, was one of the early commercial "multimedia" titles for the color Macintosh. It came from the brief, wild era when publishers were trying anything that would show what a color Mac could do, years before the web made images ordinary.
WHAT'S INCLUDED- Both original 3.5" floppy disks- The Limited Edition sleeve- The product catalog- The original press sheets- The order form
WHY IT'S SPECIAL- It's complete. Early independent Mac titles like this usually turn up as a bare disk or not at all. Having the sleeve, catalog, press sheets, and order form together means you have the whole package as it was sold and promoted.- It's obscure. No other copy has shown up on , and it's a real oddity of early desktop multimedia, the kind of piece that fills a gap in a vintage Mac software collection.- It records how early color Mac software was marketed and sold by mail order, before there was any online distribution.- It's lingerie fashion imagery, with no nudity.
CONDITIONLike new. Not tested; sold as an original vintage collectible.
FOR COLLECTORS OFVintage Macintosh software, early multimedia and CD-ROM-era history, 1990s computer oddities, and software packaging and ephemera.
