New, never used! The X-Bows Lite Mechanical Ergonomic Keyboard features Gateron Brown switches, known for their tactile response and quiet operation. Designed with an ergonomic layout to reduce strain on the hands and wrists, this keyboard is ideal for long hours of typing. It is in a sleek black color with illuminated keys, making it visually appealing and easy to use in low-light conditions. The keyboard is wired and connects via USB, offering a reliable and responsive typing experience for English-language users with a QWERTY layout. Additionally, it includes a key tool for easy maintenance and customization.

Unsure why it offers protection plan. I can't get that removed sadly. No insurance offered. Item is new.
