Dual Nvidia
Tesla Referral P100 120mm Fan Shroud - Cools 2 Cards, Push-In Fan DuctDescription
Running two Nvidia
Tesla Referral P100s? Both are passively cooled server cards with no fans, and in a desktop they overheat and throttle without forced air. This shroud cools both cards from one 120 mm fan. A divider splits the airflow evenly into two sealed ducts, one for each card.
No screws needed but you do have the option. The fan pushes into a pocket that holds it on all four sides. Eight small crush ribs grip the fan frame, and four finger notches let you lever it back out. Four 4.0 mm holes on the standard 105 mm pattern are also there if you'd rather bolt the fan in.
Sealed power-cable boxes. Each card has a sealed box for its 8-pin power plug, so the cable gets out but the cooling air doesn't. Fit the shroud with the wire boxes facing up, toward the CPU and the glass side panel.
Recommended fan: high static pressure, brushless. One fan is pushing air through two dense P100 heatsinks, so a high-static-pressure fan is the right choice. It keeps the air moving against that resistance without having to spin flat out. Pick a brushless fan with a 4-pin PWM connector. It runs smoothly and quietly, lasts for years, and can slow down when the cards are idle. Plug it into a motherboard fan header, since the P100s have no fan headers.1 x dual fan shroud, 3D printed in PETG with 4 walls for strengthPETG is tougher and more heat-resistant than PLA, so it's safe next to two 250 W cardsOverall size: 128 x 128 x 63 mmFan: one 120 x 120 x 25 mm fan, pushes in (4 walls, 8 crush ribs)Fan pocket: 120.6 mm square, 10 mm deepFan plate: 5 mm thick, 4 x 4.0 mm holes on 105 x 105 mmCard collars: 2 x (41.0 x 102.5 mm outside, 12 mm deep, 2 mm wall), 61.07 mm apartCard face sits 41 mm from the fan plateMaterial: PETGNot included: the graphics cards.
