QNAP NAS TS-251D + 16GB Ram + (QM2-2s) 2x M.2 850 EVO SSDs + 24TB Ironwolf NAS
Price: US $780.00
This was my personal server for last couple of years. Fully upgraded with 16gb of RAM, 2x 250GB SSDs, 2x 12TB Ironwolf NAS. Everything is in good working order and has been factory reset. Includes original boxes for everything except the HHDs. This is very much a ready to go system, just needs setup and configured. I didn't open the NAS to show upgrades but did include screenshots of it running.
