Ubiquiti UniFi US-16-150W 16-Port PoE+ Gigabit Managed Network Switch. The original power supply for this switch went bad and I replaced it with a new Meanwell supply. Switch works great, I have not been using this for a few years as I upgraded to a 25 port switch and was just holding on to this as a spare. Comes from a smoke free home. I do not have the rack ears for this as I must have misplaced them.
