Condition: For parts or not working
Up for sale is a vintage 1981 CompuPro "System Support 1" S-100 bus circuit board manufactured by Godbout Electronics. While it is no longer a functioning board, it is an absolute goldmine as a donor piece packed with highly sought-after, socketed vintage ICs.
Condition Note: Please view all photos carefully. The bottom S-100 edge connector has been clipped off. Because of this, the board cannot be slotted into a motherboard and is being sold AS-IS, specifically for component harvesting to support your other vintage computing projects.
Component Highlights:
The true value here is the vintage silicon. All the major chips are fully socketed, making recovery fast and clean. Highlights include:
- 2x Intel P8259A Programmable Interrupt Controllers (1980 date codes)
- A dense array of vintage 74-series logic chips (DM74LS, SN74LS)
- Intact DIP switches and the original purple card ejector clips
This is a perfect find for vintage computing restorers needing period-correct Intel parts and Godbout components to bring classic S-100 systems back to life.
