NOTE. When EXTEND mode enable, the Max bandwidth for the Power Link (PoE) port 1-4 network port will be reduced to 10Mbps for each one. Please check your IP CAMERA's bit stream setting. We recommend the value does not over 8Mbps(8192Kbps).(The up-link is not affected, it will always working at 1000Mbps max speed)

If your camera is with word “12V/PoE” as this picture shows, then please select 48V(or 52V)Power Adapter, do not select 12V Power Adapter.
Because "12V/PoE" means it can offer power supply to camera via 12V DC port or 48V PoE Ethernet port:
